CELL TURNOVER
what is cell turnover in the skin
Cell turnover in the skin is the process by which skin cells are created and then shed from the surface. It's a natural process that helps keep the skin looking healthy and glowing. The cells on the surface of the skin are constantly being replaced, with new cells being created in the lower layers of the skin, and then gradually moving up to the outer layers. The entire process takes around 28 days, but this can vary depending on individual skin type.
